Job Description

This role is characterized by close collaboration with both technical teams and business representatives. You are expected to explain complex testing concepts in a simple manner and lead smaller testing initiatives independently. The work involves a high degree of interaction where you are expected to explain, guide, and support your colleagues.

Your main responsibilities:

• Coordination & Support: Support the Test Manager in planning, coordinating, and overall monitoring of testing activities and testing resources within the project.
• Operational Test Leadership: Independently lead smaller testing initiatives and continuously monitor and report on testing progress and status.
• Business Support: Educate, guide, and support the business side in testing methodology and practical testing work.
• Communication: Ensure ongoing and clear communication between IT and business stakeholders.
• Test Design & Execution: Design, document, and quality-assure test cases, as well as execute tests independently.
• Process Improvement: Identify risks, deviations, and areas for improvement, and proactively contribute to evaluating and developing the testing process.

Required Qualifications

• Up to 6 years of experience in the role. You have extensive experience in independently writing test cases and executing tests, and have participated in larger, coordinated testing initiatives.
• Good knowledge of test design, test case creation, as well as the ability to document, structure, and quality-assure test cases.
• A broad understanding of various technologies, IT systems, and software.
• Ability to explain complex testing concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner, as well as the ability to lead and guide colleagues.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing (required to support the local business).

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in testing related to SAP is highly desirable given the current phase of the project.
